Temerity is an archive of notes from beyond the glass ceiling — from women, by women.
Temerity gives leading women their flowers, harvesting their wisdom and sowing the seeds, so others can bloom.
In each episode, our mighty women unpack their journeys through the glass ceiling, over 4 segments.
Volume 1 is a tapestry weaved from their collective answers to these questions.
What you can expect from Volume One
1 - Charging Through - Each guest answers a series of questions generally capturing - How did they get beyond the glass ceiling? What have they learned along the way? When did they know they could lead?
2 - (Wo) Mantra - Each guest then shares their thoughts on - What lesson resonates and shapes your leadership?
3 - Leaning In - Each guest chooses one additional question to dive into:
On working with other women - When has interacting with other women in your leadership journey been tricky?
On the role of rage/anger in women’s leadership - When have you felt that you could not express anger? When have you channeled anger into a solution?
On speaking and silence - When have you chosen to be silent, to your own detriment? When have you found your voice and used it?
On the double bind - How has the double bind shown up in your life/career? Have you mastered how to show up authentically
4 - Manifestas - Lastly, each guest pens and shares a letter to their younger selves answering - What advice would you give to your younger self, so they can thrive/navigate their life and career "successfully"?
